- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with vinegar, honey, and spices. Let it sit for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Assemble the bowls with cauliflower rice as base, topped with baked cod and coleslaw.
- Drizzle honey lime crema over the bowls, using yogurt or sour cream. Optionally swap with creamy avocado.
- Serve immediately, optionally broiling cod for a few minutes for added flavor.
