Step-by-Step Instructions for Wrap Burgers
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in each patty.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F, and brush grill grates with olive oil.
- Grill the patties for 3–4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3–4 minutes until desired doneness. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
- While grilling, rinse lettuce leaves under cold water and dry them. Choose large, sturdy leaves.
- Assemble the wrap burgers by placing a patty on a lettuce leaf and topping with tomato, red onion, avocado, and pickles. Add condiments as desired.
- To wrap, fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and roll it up from the bottom.
- Serve immediately with extra lettuce leaves and a variety of condiments on the side.

Notes
Handle the beef gently to keep patties tender. Use fresh, sturdy lettuce leaves for best results. Preheat the grill for perfect grill marks.
