Step-by-Step Instructions for Wrap Burgers
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F, and brush grill grates with olive oil.
  4. Grill the patties for 3–4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3–4 minutes until desired doneness. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
  5. While grilling, rinse lettuce leaves under cold water and dry them. Choose large, sturdy leaves.
  6. Assemble the wrap burgers by placing a patty on a lettuce leaf and topping with tomato, red onion, avocado, and pickles. Add condiments as desired.
  7. To wrap, fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling and roll it up from the bottom.
  8. Serve immediately with extra lettuce leaves and a variety of condiments on the side.
