- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and most of the sprinkles, reserving some for topping.
- Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Press a few reserved sprinkles onto the tops of the dough balls and bake for 10-12 minutes.
