- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened unsalted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
