  2. Add the minced garlic and dried basil to the whipped cheese mixture. Blend for an additional 30 seconds until fully incorporated.
  3. Using a spatula, scoop the whipped feta mixture onto a shallow bowl or plate, making a well in the center.
  4. Carefully pour honey into the well you created in the whipped feta.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios, chives, and cracked black pepper around the dip for flavor and presentation.
  6. Serve the dip immediately with warm pita bread, pita chips, or veggie sticks.
