- Wash two to three fresh cucumbers thoroughly. Peel if desired and slice them into manageable pieces. Blend cucumber pieces on high until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
- Place a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth over a large pitcher. Pour blended cucumber puree into the sieve and press down gently to extract juice, 3-5 minutes.
- Squeeze juice from 4-6 fresh lemons and add to the pitcher with cucumber juice. Add desired granulated sugar and stir until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
