Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash two to three fresh cucumbers thoroughly. Peel if desired and slice them into manageable pieces. Blend cucumber pieces on high until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
  2. Place a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth over a large pitcher. Pour blended cucumber puree into the sieve and press down gently to extract juice, 3-5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze juice from 4-6 fresh lemons and add to the pitcher with cucumber juice. Add desired granulated sugar and stir until dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in 4-6 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir for about 1-2 minutes to ensure even mixture.
  5. Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed, mixing until dissolved.
  6. Transfer the pitcher to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour to enhance flavor.
