Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Let potatoes cool for 10 minutes. Slice them in half lengthwise and scoop out most of the flesh into a mixing bowl.

  5. Spoon the mashed potato mixture back into the potato skins, packing slightly to avoid spillage.
