Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a pizza stone in for 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the pizza dough into a 10-12 inch circle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread ¼ cup of marinara or pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then add 6-8 slices of pepperoni on top.
  5. Dot the pizza with ¼ cup ricotta cheese, spreading evenly.
  6. Bake the pizza on the preheated stone for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with 2 teaspoons of hot honey.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired, slice, and serve hot.
