Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice off both the top and bottom of the ripe pineapple, then remove the skin and core, and chop into small chunks.
  2. Blend the chopped pineapple in a high-powered blender on the ‘smoothie’ setting for about 40 seconds until smooth.
  3. Line dehydrator trays with silicon rollup sheets and pour the smooth pineapple mixture evenly about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Stack trays in the dehydrator at 50°C (122°F) and dehydrate for about 9 hours, or until tacky yet firm.
  5. Let the dehydrated rollups cool on baking paper, slice them into strips, and store in an airtight container.
