Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and pat dry cranberries and rosemary sprigs thoroughly, then arrange on a towel to dry completely.
  2. In a small pot over medium heat, combine equal parts of water and granulated sugar. Stir until dissolved, then bring to a gentle boil for 1 minute before removing from heat.
  3. Carefully dip cranberries and rosemary into the warm simple syrup, submerging briefly before shaking off excess syrup.
  4. Spread the coated cranberries and rosemary onto a wire rack or parchment paper in a single layer and let dry at room temperature for 1-2 hours until tacky.
  5. Roll cranberries and rosemary in granulated sugar to achieve a sparkling finish.
