- In a mixing bowl, blend 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese, using a hand mixer or spoon until smooth.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, and freshly ground black pepper into the cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly for another 2 minutes.
- Gather the cheese mixture and mold it into a round ball, smoothing the surface as you work for an even shape.
- Wrap the shaped cheese ball tightly with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Use sliced black olives to create the eyes, nose, and mouth of Jack Skellington.
