Step-by-Step Instructions for Spiced Nuts
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, dried rosemary, curry powder, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until combined. Pour over the nut medley and toss until coated.
  4. Spread the coated nuts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Once roasted, remove nuts from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
