  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 3 large Eggs use room temperature
  • 1 cup Walnuts optional
For the Frosting
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the ingredients and an ungreased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
