- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash your ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture.
- Whisk together melted butter, eggs, and milk in a separate bowl. Fold into the mashed bananas.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in another bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture using a spatula until just combined.
- Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it, smoothing the top.
- Mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
