  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Adjust for spice
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar Or brown sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Fresh or ground
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Wash and peel the rainbow carrots, then julienne them into thin strips.
  3. Add scallions, cilantro, and basil to the carrots in a mixing bowl and toss gently.
  4. In a blender, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, Tamari, white miso, sriracha, coconut sugar, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
