Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Thaw the puff pastry for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté spinach for 3-4 minutes until wilted. Cool and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Roll out the pastry into strips about 1-2 inches wide and spread a thin layer of filling along the center.
  5. Fold the pastry strips in half and twist to form spirals. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
