Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Carefully separate the slices of prosciutto and prepare mozzarella.
- Wrap each mozzarella ball tightly with a slice of prosciutto.
- In a small skillet, heat olive oil and add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring for about 30 seconds.
- Using a pastry brush, gently brush the seasoned oil over each wrapped mozzarella bite.
- Carefully place the prosciutto-wrapped bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
