Patties Preparation
- Drain and pat the chickpeas dry. In a bowl, mash them coarsely with a fork.
- Add ground cumin, black pepper, sea salt, green onions, minced garlic, flour, and egg. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Heat grapeseed oil in a frying pan. Shape the chickpea mixture into patties and fry for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Yogurt Sauce Preparation
- Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, additional garlic, and a pinch of sea salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Serving
- Serve the warm patties alongside the yogurt sauce for dipping.
