- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil the grill grates or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill or baking sheet. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and that the chicken has a golden-brown exterior. Avoid overcooking.
