Cooking Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add boneless, skinless chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil the grill grates or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill or baking sheet. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and that the chicken has a golden-brown exterior. Avoid overcooking.
  6. Remove from heat and let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with tzatziki sauce, fresh vegetables, or a Greek salad.
