Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and brown it for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until the beef is coated. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic to create garlic butter mixture.
  5. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the cooled beef mixture and cheeses on each.
  6. Tightly roll each tortilla and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush generously with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Cool briefly, slice into pinwheels if desired, garnish with pickles, and serve warm.
