  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder Leavening agent
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
For Greasing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the muffin tin with olive oil.
  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a towel.
  3. In a large bowl, mix grated zucchini, shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
