- In a large skillet, add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook over medium heat, breaking up the beef until browned and onion is translucent (about 7-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
- Add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
