Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

  3. Push the potatoes aside and add another tablespoon of oil. Introduce the sliced smoked sausage and let it brown for about 5 minutes.
  4. Toss in the chopped onions and red bell peppers along with the zucchini. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes.
