Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your broiler to high heat and place a large rimmed sheet pan inside the oven to heat up for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with chopped rosemary, capers, and minced garlic. Mix well until combined.
  3. Using plastic wrap, shape the seasoned butter mixture into a log and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Pat the sirloin steaks dry and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss the broccoli florets and asparagus spears with a drizzle of olive oil until well-coated.
  6. Carefully remove the preheated sheet pan from the oven, add a splash of olive oil, and swirl to coat the pan.
  7. Place the seasoned steaks on the hot pan and arrange the oiled vegetables around them.
  8. Broil the steak and vegetables for 5 minutes, then carefully flip the steaks and return everything to broil for an additional 5 minutes.
