- Preheat your broiler to high heat and place a large rimmed sheet pan inside the oven to heat up for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with chopped rosemary, capers, and minced garlic. Mix well until combined.
- Using plastic wrap, shape the seasoned butter mixture into a log and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
- Pat the sirloin steaks dry and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Toss the broccoli florets and asparagus spears with a drizzle of olive oil until well-coated.
- Carefully remove the preheated sheet pan from the oven, add a splash of olive oil, and swirl to coat the pan.
- Place the seasoned steaks on the hot pan and arrange the oiled vegetables around them.
- Broil the steak and vegetables for 5 minutes, then carefully flip the steaks and return everything to broil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top each steak with slices of the chilled rosemary caper butter before serving.
