Preparation Steps
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle for at least 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
- Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 1-1½ inch pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- Divide the griddle into two heat zones for cooking chicken and vegetables.
- Add sesame oil and butter to the hot side of the griddle, then sear the chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes.
- Push the cooked chicken to the cooler side and stir-fry garlic and vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
- Deglaze the griddle with soy sauce and add teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
