Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle for at least 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into 1-1½ inch pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Divide the griddle into two heat zones for cooking chicken and vegetables.
  4. Add sesame oil and butter to the hot side of the griddle, then sear the chicken pieces for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Push the cooked chicken to the cooler side and stir-fry garlic and vegetables for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Deglaze the griddle with soy sauce and add teriyaki sauce for extra flavor.
