  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Can substitute with margarine
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh is ideal
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Use smoked for extra flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Kosher or sea salt flakes work well
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground preferred
  • 1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional for spice
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped; substitute cilantro if desired

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the large shrimp dry with paper towels and toss in a bowl with paprika, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (around 400°F) and add unsalted butter until melted.
  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the griddle and cook for 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Once cooked, add remaining minced garlic and fresh lemon juice, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
