Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, minced garlic, and ginger until mostly dissolved.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat (around 400°F) and add vegetable oil.
  4. Add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Push vegetables aside and add marinated chicken, cooking for 6-8 minutes until caramelized.
