  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce low-sodium optional
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil peanut oil can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil for flavor enhancement

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop 3 cloves of fresh garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger. Slice half a head of green cabbage into thin strips.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high until shimmering.
  3. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  5. Add the sliced cabbage to the pan, toss with the beef mixture, and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing thoroughly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over the stir-fry before serving and garnish with chopped green onions.
