Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the pears and core the middles. Place them cut side up in a baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter and brush over the pears. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over pears if using. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from oven and top with blue cheese and walnuts.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Drizzle with more honey and garnish with thyme before serving warm.
