  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon no substitutions needed
Salad
  • 2 cups Red Seedless Grapes small, sweet varietals preferred
  • 1 cup Blackberries can substitute with raspberries
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans also can use walnuts or pumpkin seeds
  • 2-3 cups Sweet Apples Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, or Red Delicious recommended

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Zest one whole orange and cut it in half to extract the juice. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange zest and juice with maple syrup and ground cinnamon. Whisk together for about 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in red seedless grapes and blackberries into the bowl, stirring carefully with a spatula for about 15 seconds to coat the fruits with the dressing.
  3. Core and cube sweet apples before adding them to the fruit mixture. Toss lightly for another 20 seconds, blending the apples into the salad.
  4. If serving immediately, place the salad into a serving bowl. Otherwise, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one hour.
