  • to taste Black pepper adjust to taste preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lime zest omit if less tangy finish is preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice omit if less tangy finish is preferred
For the Garnish & Sides
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds toast for crunch
  • 1 cup Cooked green beans broccoli or favorite veggies work too
  • 1 cup Cooked white rice replace with quinoa or cauliflower rice for lower-carb option

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Cook white rice and steam green beans according to package instructions.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken to skillet, sauté until golden brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
  5. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
  6. Remove cooked chicken from skillet and set aside.
  7. Pour prepared sauce into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Return chicken to pan and combine with sauce, simmer for an additional minute.
  9. Serve chicken over rice with green beans, garnished with sesame seeds.
