- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and well-blended.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, mini turkey pepperoni slices, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining turkey pepperoni on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes until set and the cheese is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally with marinara sauce.
