Baking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your mixing bowl and baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of softened unsalted butter, 2 large eggs, and 3.4 oz of pistachio instant pudding mix. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add in the package of sugar cookie mix, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
- Grease a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Spread the sticky dough evenly.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges are lightly golden and the center remains soft.
