For the Egg Wash
  • 1 large Egg Omit if looking for a vegan option
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Optional Pizza Sauce Can use store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about a ¼-inch thickness.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Arrange sliced pepperoni over the cheese and sprinkle with dried Italian herbs.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch sections.
  6. Place the sliced rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet and brush with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving with pizza sauce.
