Cooking Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine ½ cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of water or milk and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat to low and cook for approximately 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until creamy.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Incorporate ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and if desired, mix in 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
  5. Serve in bowls and add desired toppings like chopped peanuts, sliced banana, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
