Preparation Steps
- Combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/3 cup of maple syrup in a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the mixture until fully combined.
- Grease silicon molds and evenly distribute the oat mixture, pressing firmly to shape the cups.
- Add a small dollop of peanut butter on top of each cup and freeze for about 20 minutes.
- Melt 1 cup of dairy-free chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over each cup and smooth out any excess.
- Freeze again for 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Remove from molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
