Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add linguini noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Sauté until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ginger paste and minced garlic into the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked linguini noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, plate the noodles, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
