Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  2. Whip the cold heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Crumble cooled fudgy brownies into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  4. Layer brownie crumbles at the bottom of serving vessels, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling.
  5. Drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the cheesecake filling. Repeat layering brownie crumbles and cheesecake mixture.
  6. Top with extra brownie crumbs and additional drizzle of ganache and caramel. Optionally add whipped cream and mini brownies.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, up to 4 hours for best flavor.
