- In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp along with 4 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbread in the oven and warm it for about 5-7 minutes until it's warm and just beginning to crisp up.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and layer the sautéed shrimp mixture over it, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over your assembled flatbread. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
- Return the assembled flatbread to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, slice into portions, and serve immediately.
