Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp along with 4 minced garlic cloves. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place the flatbread in the oven and warm it for about 5-7 minutes until it's warm and just beginning to crisp up.
  4. Remove the flatbread from the oven and layer the sautéed shrimp mixture over it, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs over your assembled flatbread. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese and drizzle with chili oil if desired.
  6. Return the assembled flatbread to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice into portions, and serve immediately.
