  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest From 1 lemon.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
  • 4 cups Warm Seafood Broth Low-sodium is preferred.
For Serving
  • ½ cup Extra Parmesan For garnishing.
  • ¼ cup Chives or Parsley For garnish.
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges For serving.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat seafood broth in a medium saucepan over low heat until hot but not boiling.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in Arborio rice and toast for 2-3 minutes until slightly translucent.
  4. Pour in white wine and stir continuously until absorbed, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Gradually add warm seafood broth, ½ cup at a time, stirring until absorbed.
  6. Once creamy and al dente, fold in lobster, lemon juice, and zest until combined.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until melted. Season to taste.
