Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, beat for an additional minute.
  4. In another bowl, combine fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and a splash of lemon juice and zest. Gently fold the mixture.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
  7. Spoon the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
