Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Add fresh lemon juice and lemon zest, beat for an additional minute.
- In another bowl, combine fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and a splash of lemon juice and zest. Gently fold the mixture.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Spoon the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
