- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9x5 loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together plain yogurt or coconut cream, lemon juice, eggs or flax eggs, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
