Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add lukewarm plant milk and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover with a clean towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour in a warm area.
  4. Dust a clean surface with flour and shape the dough into a circle, about 1 inch thick.
  5. Make a pattern on the surface with your fingers and let it rise for another 30-40 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  7. Brush the surface of the dough with oat cream and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and hollow when tapped.
