Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, kosher salt, and granulated sugar. Gradually add room temperature water, mixing with a wooden spoon until a shaggy mass forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Let it Rise: Transfer the kneaded dough to a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
