Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine non-dairy milk, pistachio butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Optional: Mix in matcha powder if desired for color and flavor.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. The next morning, top with non-dairy yogurt, raspberries, and chopped pistachios before serving.
