- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay out each flour tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over them, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla, followed by your choice of protein, then add chopped bell peppers and dried oregano.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Place the cut rolls upright on the baking sheet with cut side facing up.
- Brush the tops of each rolled tortilla with olive oil.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
