For the Rolls
  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas or corn tortillas for gluten-free
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce can substitute with marinara or Alfredo
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or dairy-free cheese for vegan option
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices or Diced Cooked Ham substitute with colorful veggies for vegetarian
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers can use mushrooms or olives
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out each flour tortilla and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over them, leaving a small border.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla, followed by your choice of protein, then add chopped bell peppers and dried oregano.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Place the cut rolls upright on the baking sheet with cut side facing up.
  6. Brush the tops of each rolled tortilla with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
