Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix brownie mix, water, vegetable oil, and egg in a bowl. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
  2. Let brownies cool completely.
  3. Beat softened butter and peanut butter together until fluffy, then gradually mix in powdered sugar.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan until smooth.
  5. Slice cooled brownies horizontally into three layers. Spread peanut butter frosting on the first layer, add Reese's cups, and drizzle ganache.
  6. Repeat with the second layer and finish with the last brownie layer. Cover the whole torte with remaining frosting and ganache. Add chopped Reese's cups on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
