  2. Generously grease your warmed skillet and using a cookie cutter, pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, approximately 1-2 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them sunny side up or scrambled per your preference.
