Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix until fully combined.

- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows gently.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden, and centers remain soft.
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
