Method
 

Preparation

  2. Unroll phyllo dough carefully, covering with a damp towel. Brush one sheet with melted butter, layer six more sheets, brushing each with butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour over phyllo layers.
  4. Cover with the last phyllo sheet, brushing with melted butter and scoring the top lightly for easy slicing.
