Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll phyllo dough carefully, covering with a damp towel. Brush one sheet with melted butter, layer six more sheets, brushing each with butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour over phyllo layers.
- Cover with the last phyllo sheet, brushing with melted butter and scoring the top lightly for easy slicing.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Warm honey and drizzle over the top, then sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
